WP Writ petition [2] Captioned MC has been filed with a CoD prayer seeking condonation of 160 days delay in filing an intra-court appeal i.e., WA against a common order dated 27.05.2025 made in WP(C)No.328 of 2024, WP(C)No.145 of 2018 and WP(C)No.928 of 2017 made by a Hon’ble Single Bench vide a WA filed on 10.12.2025 bearing CNR: MNHC010034002025 and E-filing No. AMN20220000009C202500016. Johnybala, learned counsel on record for 24 (twentyfour) respondents is before this Court (physical Court). [5] As regards MC applicants, Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG along with his junior colleague, learned counsel Mr. Themchuiyo Kashung is before this Court (physical Court). [6] Learned counsel on record for all respondents submits that she has instructions from respondents not to oppose the captioned MC and therefore, respondents have no objection to captioned MC being 2026:MNHC:160-DB P a g e 6 | 6 allowed i.e., CoD prayer being acceded to. A scanned reproduction of endorsement by learned counsel on record for all 24 (twentyfour) respondents in this regard in the case file is as follows: [7] Be that as it may, inter-alia as respondents are not opposing CoD prayer in captioned MC, delay is condoned. CoD prayer is acceded to. [8] Registry to process the WA and MC/MCs (if any thereat) and if objections have been removed and if appeal is otherwise in order, Registry to assign numbers to the appeal MC/MCs (if any) and list it before Court.
