This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for granting regular bail to the petitioner, Lallawmsung Changsan in Page No.# 2/2 respect of NDPS Case No.41/2024, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Dima Hasao, Haflong. 3. Out of 12 witnesses, 8 are already examined and 4 remains to be examined. 4. This Court is of the opinion that at this stage, if the bail application of the petitioner is allowed, it will hamper early disposal of the case before the Trial Court. 5.
