JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 21/05/2026 Since, both these contempt petitions share similar facts and common question(s) of law, they are being tagged together. These contempt petitions are filed seeking compliance of the judgement dated 06.11.2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of State of Rajasthan and Another Vs. The Managing Committee Sh. Bhagwan Das Todi College: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.663/2015 and other connected matters. In view of judgement of a co-ordinate Bench dated 21.08.2025 passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.1666/2018: Dr. Anil Kumar Mathur and Others Vs. Mr. Ashutosh A.T. Pednekar and Others and other connected matters, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw these contempt petitions with liberty to avail the remedy as provided in the judgement. In view thereof, these contempt petitions are dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
