The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 be decided expeditiously. 3. Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent no. 1 and Sri Vibhu rai, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that the revision filed by the petitioner shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4. Without adverting into the merit of the case, we direct that the revision filed by the petitioner be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from today but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. 5.
