The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 350 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of cutting the wheat crop from the field of the complainant. He next submits that the said field is in the possession of these petitioners and by way of placing page-24, he submits that the concerned Circle Officer has also certified that the land in question is in possession of these petitioners by the registered sale deed.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the

prayer and submits that the matter is arising out of a complaint case.

Considering that the case is arising out of a complaint case and further the concerned Circle Officer has also certified that the land in question is in possession of these petitioners by way of registered sale deed and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
