Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record. 1. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the charge order dated 12-12-2025, as well as the entire proceedings of Sessions Case No. 2009 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 323/34, 307/34, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Rajawali, District Firozabad. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that no offence is made out against the applicants and that the present prosecution has been instituted with a mala fide intention to cause harassment. 3. In the absence of any of the grounds recognized by the Hon'ble Supreme Court which may justify quashing of the complaint or the impugned proceedings, the prayer for quashing the same is refused, as no abuse of the process of the Court is made out. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants confines his prayer to a direction for expeditious disposal of the trial. 4. In view of the prayer made by the applicants, the instant application is disposed of with an observation that the trial court shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two years from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
