The representation filed by the petitioner was duly considered and the Executive Engineer (Civil) Building Department, Borough-III on 25th February, 2025 passed order directing demolition of the illegal construction of approximately 85 sq. meter at premises no. 61A/33. Dr. S.C. Banerjee Road. 3. It has been submitted that the order of demolition has been carried in appeal by the persons responsible for making the unauthorized construction. The next date for consideration of the appeal being B.T. Appeal No. 22 of 2025 before the learned Municipal Building Tribunal is 10th July, 2026. Page 2 4. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has not been communicated the order of demolition. 5. A copy of the demolition order dated 25th February, 2025 passed by the Executive Engineer (Civil) Building Department, Borough-III has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today. 6. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary follow up steps before the Tribunal in accordance with law, if so advised. 7. The contempt application stands disposed of. 8.
