During the course of hearing of this appeal today, learned counsels appearing on both sides represents that the issue involved in this appeal is settled by making payments to the respondent(s) by the appellant and they would submit that no cause survives in this appeal for further adjudication. 3. Considering the submissions of respective counsels on both sides, in our considered view no further adjudication is required in this appeal. 4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
