This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.106 of 2006 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Howrah. 2. Ms. Chowdhary, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is one for partition. It is submitted that another suit being Title Suit No. 58 of 2002 is also pending before the same learned Judge and the same had been directed to be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of the order dated March 5, 2026 passed by this Court in C.O. 746 of 2026. 2 3. Attention of the Court is invited to an order dated April 19, 2012 passed in C.O. 617 of 2012, whereby a coordinate Bench of this Court had directed both Title Suit No.58 of 2002 and Title Suit No. 106 of 2006 to be heard out analogously. 4. The opposite party nos. 1 and 2 are represented through Mr. Bardhan. 5. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed no direction for prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite parties is being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 6. In view of the order dated April 19, 2012 passed by this Court in C.O. 617 of 2012 and order dated March 5, 2026 passed in C.O. 746 of 2026 this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Howrah, to dispose of the Title Suit no.106 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year while hearing the same analogously with Title Suit No.58 of 2002 as already directed by this Court by the order dated April 19, 2012 passed in C.O. 617 of 2012 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 3 7. As requested by Mr. Bardhan, learned Senior Advocate for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 it is recorded that since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in this revisional application shall be deemed not to have been admitted by the opposite parties. 8. C.O. 1181 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. 9.
