Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there are about 20 complaints registered against the present petitioner on ‘1930’ from different States across the country, involving substantial amounts. It is further submitted that the amounts relate to transactions at various levels. 3. Considering the seriousness of the allegations and the material placed on record, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4.
