JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 12.08.2026 [1] Heard Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Ronak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for State respondent. [2] By the present application, the applicant proposed to impleaded Director, (Trade, Commerce & Industries), Government of Manipur as respondent No. 3 in WP(C) No. 893 of 2025 and it is submitted that Director (Trade, Commerce & Industries), Government of Manipur is a necessary party in the writ petition and inadvertently, could not be impleaded as a party. [3] This Court has perused the materials on record. The presence of Director (Trade, Commerce & Industries), Government of Manipur is very much required in the present case. In the circumstances, application is allowed and disposed of. Director (Trade, Commerce & Industries), Government of Manipur is impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the main petition. [4] Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No. 3. [5] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf respondent No. 3 and prays for three weeks’ time for filing reply. [6] Petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties. [7] Registry is to do necessary incorporation. A copy of the petition be furnished to learned G.A. for respondent No. 3.
