Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that within time the order was not communicated by the learned counsel to the petitioner and in view of that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail and in spite of that, he has not surrendered. 4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time, from today, is hereby extended to surrender before the learned court concerned. 5. Order dated 12.08.2025 passed in ABA No.4048 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the Order dated 12.08.2025 passed in ABA No.4048 of 2025 is kept intact. 7.
