Nos. 15366 & 14479 of 2026 COMMON ORDER: The writ petition No.14479 of 2026 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to Issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in illegally altering the revenue records with regard to the landed property admeasuring Ac. 75.00 cents in survey No.1 of Tungatampara Village, Hiramandalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, illegally disconnecting the power supply to the service connection No.131408C802000303, threatening with registering false criminal cases when the petitioner tried to continue with fish farming in the subject property, as wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice, and Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of Indian; and to consequently, direct the respondents Nos. 4 to 7 to establish / reinstate / restore the power supply with respect to the service connection No. 131408C802000303 and not to interfere with fish farming by the petitioner in the subject property and pass such other order as this Court deems fit. 2. The writ petition No.15366 of 2026 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in obstructing the petitioner from carrying on operations of fish farming in land admeasuring Ac. 75.00 cents in survey No. 1 of Tungatampara Village, Hiramandalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents, their men and 3 W.P. Nos. 15366 & 14479 of 2026 subordinates not to obstruct the petitioner from carrying on activities of fish cultivation farming and to permit the petitioner to undertake and continue operations of fish farming, including stocking, feeding, maintenance, water management and harvesting, in the subject property; and pass such other order as this Court deems fit. 3. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, is present. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 11.07.2026 in writ petition No.14479 of 2026 and a memo dated 08.07.2026 in writ petition No.15366 of 2026, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions. 5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn grating the petitioner liberty as prayed for. No costs.
