Noting the number of corrections that had to be made in order to convert the said revision petition into criminal appeal, the appellant has now filed a separate Criminal Appeal which is numbered as Crl.A.No.157/2026. 3. In that view of the matter, it is just and necessary that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Appellant to withdraw the above Appeal, with liberty to prosecute Criminal Appeal No.157/2026.
