No. 2 : Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal, Advocate ---------- 13/ 23.04.2026 The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to pay the arrears of difference of salary from 01.04.1997 to 14.11.2000 to the tune of Rs.12,255/- along with statutory interest till the date of actual payment on account of revised scale issued by the government vide memo dated 21.09.2007 w.e.f. 01.04.1997. Further prayer has been made for direction upon the respondents to pay Rs.1000/- due on account of less payment of gratuity amount with interest till the date of actual payment as well as Rs.500/- security amount deposited in Saving Bank Account No. 451187/B.B.D. at the time of appointment. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner has died during the pendency of this writ application, however, till date none of his legal heirs has instructed him to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of their grievances, if any. 3. There is no objection from the respondents. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the instant writ application stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
