Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the petitioners involved in damaging ecology by illegal quarrying the sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.” 3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
