The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since no offence under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act attracts, the present application is maintainable. 3. However, while looking into the averments in the FIR, there is allegation ithat attracts Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act, therefore, this Court finds that the present application is not maintainable. 4.
