Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 2 years and 6 months. Earlier, on 25.11.2025 when this Court rejected the prayer for bail, submission was advanced on behalf of the State that the next date is fixed on 19th January, 2026 for consideration of charges.
Order-sheet reflects that such
order was not communicated to the learned trial court. There are materials which are appearing against the petitioner. Charges till date has not been framed.
Learned advocate for the State submits that there were recoveries of sum of Rs.50,000/- along with 9 m.m. pistol.

Having considered the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail but the learned trial court would ensure that the stage of consideration of charges are over by 30th June, 2026.
In view of the directions passed above, at this stage, CRM (M)563 of 2026 is dismissed.
Learned advocate for the State will communicate this
order to the learned trial court.
Pursuant to the direction, a representative of the investigating officer is present. His further appearance before this Court is dispensed with.
Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
