Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025. It has been alleged that the husband of the informant was shot dead by some unknown miscreants and his bag containing cash was looted. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of Sunil Mehta recorded in Ichak P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confession of Sunil Mehta there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the commission of murder of the husband of the informant. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Ichak P.S.
