This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- “(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to cover the services of the Petitioners under the ambit of Old Pension Scheme in terms of the OM dated 03.03.2023. (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. In effect, the petitioner contends that they are covered by the Old Pension Scheme in terms of Office Memorandums dated 03.03.2023 and 09.04.2024 issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. 3. Appropriate shall be, the respondents consider this writ petition as a representation and decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order, This is a digitally signed order.
