“(a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing FIR No./C.R. No.37/2016 registered with RCF Police Station, Chembur, Mumbai and the charge- sheet (Final Report) and all proceedings arising therefrom, insofar as the present Petitioner Vipul Kanji Rajor (Accused No.4) is concerned; (b) Quash and set aside C.R. 3. After hearing the matter for some time, Ms. Natasha D’Mello, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, sought a pass over to take instructions. At her request, this matter was taken up after some time.
4. Ms. Natasha D’Mello, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. This request is not opposed by Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent/State.
5. In view of the statement made by Ms. Natasha D’Mello, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw this Petition.
6. Criminal Writ Petition No.2829 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
