JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “i) issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 16.01.2020 / 20.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner for fixation of the pay scale vide Annexure-R and pass necessary orders in accordance with Law on par with the pay scale fixed to the respondent No.3 as per Annexure- Q. ii) issue direction to the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to consider the case of the petitioner for stepping up of pay as per the Government Order dated 26.9.2016 vide Annexure-J and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20307 WP No. 8019 of 2020 iii) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 16.01.2020/20.01.2020 at Annexure-R submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 16.01.2020/20.01.2020 at Annexure-R and pass appropriate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20307 WP No. 8019 of 2020 in accordance with law bearing in mind Government Order dated 26.09.2016 at Annexure-J and as per Annexure-Q, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
