This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicants, apprehending arrest in connection with Belsor P.S. Case No. 10/2026, registered under Sections 49/326(g)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.03.2026, granted interim relief in connection with the accused-applicant no. 1. The learned Addl. P.P., submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the instant case, vide Charge-sheet No. 25/2026 dated 31.03.2026 before the jurisdictional court. In view of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the accused-applicants to appear before the concerned court within a period of 10 days from passing of this order. It is directed that till their appearances before the concerned court, the interim relief granted, vide order dated 11.03.2026 shall be extended to the accused-applicant no. 2 also.
