4. This writ petition has been filed by Ranipur Private Industrial Training Institute, Haridwar. According to petitioner, six students were admitted to different trades in the I.T.I. well within the deadline fixed by respondent no. 2, however, the data in respect of six students out of total 125, has not been uploaded in SIDH portal by respondent no. 5. It is submitted that due to non uploading of the data in respect of six students, their roll number is not being generated, therefore, they will not be in a position to appear in the examination conducted by respondent no. 2.

Learned State Counsel, however, submits that since the web portal is operated by respondent no. 2 and web portal was not opened after the deadline, therefore, the data in respect of six students could not be uploaded. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner can be permitted to make representation to respondent no. 2 for opening the web

2026:UHC:4965 portal and if web portal is opened by respondent no. 2, then the data shall be uploaded by Nodal Principal (respondent no. 7).
6. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to respondent no. 2 within 48 hours. It shall be open to petitioner to submit such representation online. If representation is made within stipulated time, respondent no. 2 shall consider the request made by petitioner and pass appropriate order, as per law, within ten days thereafter.
