Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.04.2026 whereby the petitioner was issued a warning by respondent no.4-In charge, Chief Education Officer, Chamoli. The warning was issued to the petitioner after adverting to the reply to the show cause notice issued by respondent no.4 on 27.03.2026. 4. After going through the reply to the show cause notice the same was not found satisfactory and accordingly the warning was issued to the petitioner. 5. The warning is not a penalty provided under the Uttaranchal Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2003. 6. It is nothing but a simple warning given by respondent no.4, therefore this Court does not want to interfere in this writ petition. 7. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed.
