P.P., representing the State. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for Page No.# 2/2 grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant, apprehending arrest in connection with Patharkandi P.S. Case No. 06/2026, registered under Sections 406/420/471/468/34 of the IPC. The allegations in the FIR dated 16.01.2026 is basically alleging that the accused-applicant had committed various financial irregularities and misappropriated certain funds of Sherpur Jame Masjid Committee. The learned Addl. P.P., submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 24/2026, dated 24.03.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the accused-applicant to appear before the JMFC-II, Sribhumi within a period of 10 days from the date of passing of the instant order and seek appropriate relief, if so advised. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the appearance of the accused-applicant within 10 days before the JMFC-II, Sribhumi. In terms of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
