The present writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 07-10-2024 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.555/2022, whereby the learned Single Judge has remitted back the case to the respondent No. 2 for passing the order afresh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 07-10-2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, the permit has already been granted which he has challenged before the Hon’ble Single Bench of this Court. 3. As the impugned order has already been executed and the order passed after remittal of the matter has been challenged, the present writ appeal has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
