In paragraph No.6 of the petition it has been stated that inadvertently the said order was not communicated properly by the office clerk to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of that within the stipulated period it has not been removed. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no serious objection if the said revision is restored to its original file. 4. In light of statement made in paragraph No.6 of the 2026:JHHC:12169 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 755 of 2026 petition, Cr. Revision (F.) No.21153 of 2025 is hereby restored to its original file. 5.
