By way of this interlocutory application, the applicant is seeking correction/amendment to the address of the respondent No.3 in the cause title of the writ petition, i.e., WP(C) 1264/2026, whereby, inadvertently, instead of “Dispur Revenue Circle” it has been mentioned as “Guwahati Revenue Circle.” 3. It appears that during the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner has incorrectly mentioned the address of the respondent No.3 as “The Circle Officer, Guwahati Revenue Circle, Basistha, Guwahati-781028, District Kamrup(Metro), Assam” in the cause title of the writ petition. 4. It appears that the correct designation and address of the respondent No.3 Page No.# 4/4 is “The Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle, Basistha, Guwahati-781028, District Kamrup(Metro), Assam.” 5. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and having perused the pleadings, it appears that there has been a wrong description of the address of the respondent No.3 in the cause title of the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the address of the respondent No.3 in the cause title of the writ petition stands corrected. 7. The address of the respondent No.3 in the cause title of the writ petition shall now be read as “The Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle, Basistha, Guwahati-781028, District Kamrup(Metro), Assam” instead of “The Circle Officer, Guwahati Revenue Circle, Basistha, Guwahati-781028, District Kamrup(Metro), Assam.” 8.
