The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18130/2023 (LA-BDA). - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10859-DB CCC No. 989 of 2025 2. In terms of the said order, the accused [Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bangalore Development Authority, Bengaluru] was directed to consider the complainant's representation within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 3. The accused has filed a compliance affidavit stating that the representation has been considered positively and an endorsement dated 18.02.2026 has been issued recommending allotment of one plot of land measuring 20 x 30 feet to the complainant as per the allotment rules. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that necessary formalities for allotting the plot would be completed shortly. 5. Considering the limited scope of these proceedings and that the order, the disobedience of which is alleged, merely directed consideration of the representation, which has been done; we do not consider it apposite to initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 6. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
