Side), appearing for the respondent police on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the said condition only for 11 days. 3. The petitioner was directed by this court to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks. Without complying the said condition, the petitioner has come forward with the relaxation petition. 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
