Learned counsel for petitioner submits that having regard to the peculiar facts of the case, the time for submitting compounding application/map deserves to be extended for another two months. 5. Since petitioner has made representation to the Secretary of the Development Authority concerned, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the competent authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation, as per law, within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. Only for a period of two weeks, petitioner’s house shall not be demolished.
