The petitioner claims that she belongs to the category of ‘landless poor’ landless poor. She had given a representation dated 26.12.2025 to the respondents seeking for assignment in her favour for the subject property. She also claims that she has been in possession of the same for several years. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and also the scheme for assignment of land to the landless poor, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
