This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Party. Perused the Anticipatory Bail Application as well as the F.I.R. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 4. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.1476 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C. (Cog. Taking-II) Khurda, arising out of Mancheswar P.S. Case No.544 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Section 126(2)/ 296/308(4)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. Page 2 of 2. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that because of the dissension with the Informant the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 6. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 7. Additionally, it is directed that the Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once a week on such date and time to be fixed by the learned court in seisin till submission of final form. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the learned court in seisin. 8. It is directed that the Petitioner shall not in any way try to intimidate or threaten the Informant or her family. 9. It shall be open for the prosecution/Informant to seek variance of this order, if there is any threat perception. 10. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 11. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. ( Aditya Kumar Mohapatra) Judge Debasis
