“ 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned orders (Annexure P-1), (Annexure P-2) and (Annexure P-3) in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, in alternative this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the State Level Committee to decide the pending appeal dated 06.11.2025 within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an appeal against the order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) before the State Level Committee under the Rationalization Policy on 06.11.2025(Annexure P-5) but the representation submitted by petitioner has not been considered and decided and, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation at the earliest, within specified time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by
learned counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering that petitioner has submitted a representation before the State Level Committee headed by Directorate of Public Instructions, this writ petition at this stage is
disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the Order.

Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation before State Level Committee headed by Directorate of Public Instructions, if he so desires and if, such a representation is submitted by petitioner it shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority, in accordance with law along with pending representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
