The petitioner attended the enquiry and he was verbally abused. He further submitted that there is no relationship between the petitioner and Priyadharshini. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 25.03.2026 to the first respondent police requesting them not to harass him. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the defacto complainant husband gave a complaint against his wife Priyadharshini alleging that his wife was having illegal affair with the petitioner. Based on the said complaint, the petitioner was called for enquiry and CSR No.206 of 2026 assigned.
