The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2020 registered under sections 386, 387, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120(B) of the I.P.C pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has nothing to do with the demand of extortion money. He next submits that petitioner is a para teacher and in view of that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner has stated in the investigation that he has worked for one Dablu Singh and the said Dablu Singh is gangster. 5. The allegations are there that Dablu Singh and Gaurav Kumar Singh are engaged in collecting levy money from contractor and two of the co-accused persons namely, Rishikant Singh and Kaushal Kumar Singh were arrested while they were returning after collecting money of levy. The amount was also being spent on the food of some of the incarcerated members of the gang in jail. The petitioner is alleged to be connected with ( 2026:JHHC:12129 ) the said gang. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
