1. Heard Sri Nawal Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sumit Suri, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. This Court is being unnecessary burdened with two writ petitions when all the grounds can be taken in one writ petition.
3. The petitioner has already vacated Government premises and now only issue is whether calculation made by respondents for penal rent which is about Rs.11 lakh is correct or not since petitioner has objected it, though details of it are not specifically mentioned, still in the interest of justice both the writ petitions are disposed of with an observation that respondents will look into the calculation of the petitioner and for that liberty is granted to the respondent so that concerned authority may pass a specific order whether to accept it or not within a short period..
4. In case, petitioner provides all details by way of a representation within 48 hours, by way of a Dasti Service, concern respondent will take a decision within a period of 3 weeks thereafter. In case of default, responders are not required to follow direction of time line.
