Hence, it is humbly prayed that this Honorable Court may be pleaded to direct the Respondents to Settle the amount to late TMt. K.Shivalakshmi, formerly Section Officer, Co-operation Food and Consumer protection Department, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Honorable Court if failed, to Declare that the Government of Tamil Naduy as Bankrupt.
