Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to take action against the respondent no.4, who is not conducting proper investigation in Bengabad P.S. Case No.161/2024.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with respect to his grievance, he has already represented the Superintendent of Police, Giridih.
Considering the limited prayer made in this writ application, the same stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Giridih (respondent no.3) by filing a fresh representation and if the same is filed, the respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter and ensure that proper investigation is carried on in Bengabad P.S. Case No.161/2024.
This application stands disposed of.
