Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 19.02.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.939 of 2026 the petitioners were provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioners have not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated period as Courts were closed due to Holi vacation and the petitioners were also ill. On this ground, he submits that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioners in spite of that the petitioners have not surrendered. 4.
