Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of case of petitioner. 10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent No.3 to decide the pending representations of petitioner (Annexure P/8), forthwith, in accordance with law. 10.3. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. At this stage counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing an order of termination of the petitioner from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade- III vide order dated 13.06.2014 (Annexure P/3), by way of an amendment brought in under the Entry No.33 of Constitution (Schedule Caste Order, 1950), petitioner has submitted representation on 11.07.2024 and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest in the light of the amendment brought in under order of 1950. 3. Counsel for the State submits that the direction is sought to respondent No.3 for whom he is not appearing. 3 4. On due consideration of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting on merit of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
