Case No. 669/2015 arising out of Barrackpore Women Police Station Case No. 11/2015 under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and G.R. Case No. 6127/2016 arising out of Barrackpore Women Police Station Case No. 103/2016 under Sections 420/120B/468/469/471/467 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Affidavit-of-service be taken on record. 3.
