The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 87, 305 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far allegation of taking away the girl is concerned that is against Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar and he along with Reena Paswan and Sumit Kumar Paswan @ Mukesh Paswan have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5043 of 2025. He further submits that Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar and the girl namely Rani Kumari, both were living in Bangalore since last five years and in the meantime, they have developed relationship and affection has grown up and on 26.02.2024, they have solemnized marriage and affidavit to that effect has been executed before the Executive Magistrate, Dhanbad. He next submits that considering the said aspect of the matter, three of the co-accused persons were granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5043 of 2025. He next submits that both were major and in the said order of anticipatory bail, it has further been considered that the victim has stated that she has gone along with Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar on her own volition as the family members were not ready for marriage along with Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar. He submits that only allegation made against the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be friend of Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar and in view of that only, he has been implicated in the present case. 2026:JHHC:12094 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happens to be friend of Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar. 5. Considering that the relationship was there between the girl and Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar and he along with two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5043 of 2025 and the petitioner happens to be friend Prince Kumar Paswan @ Prince Kumar and due to that only, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
