The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased quash the impugned order dated 01.12.2020 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the respondent Joint Director, Directorate of Public Instruction, Raipur. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent's authorities to -2- consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of "Lecturer (Biology) on the basis of M.Sc. (Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Science). 10.3 Any other interim relief deemed fit and just by this Hon'ble court may also be granted in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in WPS No.4125 of 2017 parties being Anupriya Chandraker Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 11.08.2025. 3. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No.4125 of 2017 decided on 11.08.2025 in case of Anupriya Chandraker Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Anupriya Chandraker (Supra). The respondent authorities are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Lecture (Biology). The entire exercise shall be completed by the respondent authorities within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. In view of above, the present petition is allowed.
