Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 24-03-2025 vide Annexure - J. insofar as Petitioner concerned b. Pass any order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10952 WP No. 19511 of 2025 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 24.03.2025 at Annexure-J has not been considered by the respondents. By way of the said representation, a request has been made for formal approval. As such, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 3. Whenever any representation is submitted, it is but required for the Statutory Authorities to consider the same and pass necessary orders either by accepting or rejecting. Needless to say, in either case to be accompanied by reasons. In the present matter neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) A Mandamus is issued directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 at Annexure-J and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10952 WP No. 19511 of 2025 iii) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner.
