Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kutra P.S. Case No.50 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.281 of 2023 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur, Sundargarh on the grounds stated. 3. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties. The incident is of the year, 2023 and in the meantime, the chargesheet is filed, a copy of which is at Annexure-2. Gone through the contents of the FIR at Annexure-1. The allegation therein is to the effect that the accused persons assaulted the victim and caused injuries to them. Some of the accused persons have already been on bail in the meantime as revealed from the orders in ABLAPLs at Flags-A1 to A8. It is informed to the Court that the petitioners p. 2 are similarly situated like them. Perused the injury report in respect of the victim and it reveals that he suffered two lacerations and one is grievous in nature. Considering the above facts and the fact that the incident is about three years old by now and as other accused persons are on bail, the petitioners, who are alleged to be involved in the incident, even though not granted pre-arrest bail, are directed to surrender before the court concerned for being released with conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur in connection with Kutra P.S. Case No.50 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.281 of 2023 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.40,000/- (rupees forty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
