The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024 registered under sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 326, 452, 307, 379, 34 of I.P.C pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Giridih. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1 namely, Jagdish Thakur with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail application. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant have got no objection. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner no.1 with the aforesaid liberty. Now, this anticipatory bail application is surviving only on behalf of petitioner no.2. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner no 2 submits that there are free fight between the parties and both parties are agnate. He further submits that there is delay in lodging the F.I.R. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner no. 2 may kindly be provided privilege of ( 2026:JHHC:2053 ) anticipatory bail. 7. Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that allegations are there of assault and injury has been found grievous in nature. 8. Considering that petitioner no.2 is lady and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner no.2 and both the parties are agnates, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner no. 2 namely, Sumitra Devi @ Sumita Devi is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner no. 2 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Giridih, in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.28.01.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
