The present criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking protection of his life and liberty as well as of his family member(s) from private respondents No.5 to 11. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against all the illegal actions and threats given by the private respondents, the petitioner has not only approached the respondents No.1 to 4 in order to lodge an FIR but even repeated representations have been made to the competent authorities, however, no action whatsoever has been taken in this regard. 3. Learned counsel submits that there exists a serious threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members, and in the event no protection is given to them, their life would be in grave danger. 4. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is always ready and willing to approach the competent authorities, however, owing to the threats given by the private respondents, the petitioner is not in a position to take appropriate action, and in the event of protection being granted to him as well as his family member(s), appropriate action would be taken by him. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, and the fact that representations have been given by the petitioner to the respondent – State authorities with respect to the threat perceptions from private respondents No.5 to 11, in the interest of justice, it is directed that petitioner may submit a fresh representation before the respondent No.3 – Superintendent of [2026:RJ-JP:20328] (3 of 3) [CRLW-736/2026] Police, District Alwar, Rajasthan, raising all the grievances against the private respondents No.5 to 11. In the event of the said representation being filed, the respondent No.3 – Superintendent of Police, District Alwar, Rajasthan, shall consider the same and after evaluating the threat perceptions, pass appropriate order(s) for securing life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members in order to ensure that no harm is caused to them. 6.
