At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the order under contempt dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure C-1) passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.6136/2025 (Rajendra Jain vs. Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur and another), has been complied with. He further submits that the representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected on 24.04.2026, and a copy of the same has been sent to the petitioner through speed post. He also provided a copy of the same to the counsel for the petitioner. A copy of the said order dated 24.04.2026 passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur has also been filed and is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, since the order under contempt has been complied with, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
